Pedagogy
Christine Gerwig and Efraín González hold a class of highly talented students of the age of 4 up to professionals. A lot of their students have won international competitions (such as Steinway competition, Bechstein competition, Henle Videocompetition and others) and have been asked to play concerts in important venues. Some of their former students study piano now at diverse music universities in Germany and the United States. Christine and Efraín’s travelling has also lead them to teach masterclasses to students in conservatories and universities in several countries. They offered a course of video conferences in a Mexican Conservatory even before the Covid-19-crisis forced everybody to teach online. They actually have been teaching students online in Asia, Europe and America.
Students have been taking masterclasses in the art of Pianoduo playing from all over Germany.
